Are your products made to order?
Yes! Most items are made to order just for you. Please double-check your details before checkout.
Can I request a graphic or design I see on one product, added to another (like children’s apparel)?
Yes! Just contact us via email or our Contact Form, and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I request a newly designed graphic that I would like to see on a product?
Yes! Just contact us via email or our Contact Form, and we’ll be happy to do our best to create a design.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can usually make changes within a few hours after purchase. Email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to catch it.
Can I return or exchange personalized items?
Personalized/custom items (names, dates, or special designs) can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s an error or defect. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship in 3–7 business days, plus carrier time. During holidays, production may take a little longer.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship within the U.S. only.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes—an email with tracking is sent when your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your Spam/Junk folder.
Tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive it—what now?
Please check with neighbors and your local post office. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I use more than one discount code?
Shopify allows one discount code per order. Pick the one that gives you the best savings.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes—digital gift certificates are available and make great gifts for Long Island lovers.

What sizes do you offer?
Most apparel runs from S–3XL (varies by style). Check the size chart on each product page for the best fit.
How should I care for my sweatshirt or tee?
Turn inside-out, wash cold, tumble dry low (or hang dry). Avoid bleach and ironing directly over the design.
Why might colors look slightly different from photos?
Screens display color differently, and each item is printed individually—minor variations are normal.
